HELLA Merchandising Display Stands
HELLA displays stands became a bigger aspect to my role over time. This involved liaising with sales managers to get the dimensions of the customer's stores, designing the layout of the stands specifically to the dimensions required, sourcing and engaging suppliers, setting them up via HELLA protocols, trialing and evaluating these suppliers. Each stand required project managing from inception to delivery. I eventually had a reliable and effective set of suppliers and a refined set of options available to the Sales Managers for their customers. I put together the publication below, which I designed and wrote the copy for - a document all sales staff could use to present to their customers.
