Derek Souvenirs Brand
Strategy & Design I initiated a project to address the issue of Derek Souvenirs' brand strategy, or lack there of. The Derek Corporation was established over 50 years ago, so first we conducted a brand perception survey of existing customers of Derek Souvenirs. I analysed the data we received and reported the results, and from this we gained some valuable insights.
I used these findings to develop a brand strategy, and this included developing the brand identity, and the resulting brand collateral. |

after designing the brand look and feel, I created some guidelines on how it should be used, so as to maintain a consistency and clarity in the communication.

catalogue
The product catalogue is one of Derek Souvenirs' main methods of communicating with customers, so the brand work has to be just right. So as not to reinvent the wheel, to complete the task quickly, and as the catalogue has upwards of 400 pages, the basic wireframe of the layout has stayed the same for over 14years, but the look and feel have now been updated to align with the new brand.
